With Qing Ting Zhi Yan

Qing Ting Zhi Yan continues his work between cinema and contemporary art. Through an imagined archive of historical surveillance images, the project revisits the rise and fall of the Qing and asks how images acquire credibility, and how a position of looking shapes our understanding of the past. It is developing from a 2D trailer towards spatial cinema and an immersive feature.
